We can accommodate 14 people in our charming 180 m² villa. It faces due south in the Cadière d'Azur countryside, and is located in a residential area with no facing buildings.

Please respect the following rules:

• Respect the quiet of the neighbourhood
• Avoid disturbances after 10 pm, as fines in the area are quite high.
• Pets are not allowed
• Do not flush anything down the toilet
• No smoking inside
• Leave the property in the same condition as when you arrived.
• Turn off outdoor lights (via the 3-zone switch to the left of the air-conditioning in the living room).

A cleaning fee of €350 per rental is compulsory, regardless of the number of people, and must be paid on arrival.

A deposit of €2,000 must be paid into an account which will be given to you at the time of booking. This will be returned to you no later than 15 days after your departure.

To confirm your booking, we ask for a deposit equivalent to half your stay. The balance must be paid 15 days before your arrival, at the same time as the cleaning charges. Please make 2 separate payments (1 balance and 1 cleaning fee).
